This booking system is only for clients of the clinic.

New accounts can not be created.

Clients that have not had an appointment in the last 6 months (or more) are no longer active clients and have had their accounts deactivated. 

Summer Hours (June to August):

Monday to Friday

9:00am to 5:00pm (4:00pm start for last appointment)

SCHEDULE OPENING FOR MAY & JUNE 2026:

Sunday, March 29th @ 9:00am

SCHEDULE OPENING FOR JULY & AUGUST 2026:

Starting July 1st, the schedule will only be released two weeks in advance.

Starting August 1st, the schedule will only be released one week in advance.

Clinic will be closed September to December 2026 - on Maternity Leave

No longer accepting credit cards or debit: Cash or E-transfer only. 

No shows or less than 24-cancellation fees will require e-transfer as payment within 12 hours of missed appointment. Failure to submit payment will result in cancellation of all future appointment bookings.
